Find an item

Within www.weallcollect.com, items are listed under specific WEALLCOLLECT Sites, each one dedicated to a focused specialist area, for example Majolica, Flow Blue, Stamps, Carnival Glass, Coins etc…

To find the item you are looking for, go to the Buy section or the Search button in WEALLCOLLECT Home page.

Within each WEALLCOLLECT site you will find items for sale under two headings -

  • Buy
  • Shops

Once you think you have found what you are looking for, click on the item title or picture to take you to the item listing page. 

Carefully check all the terms and conditions of sale and make sure you understand everything on the listing page.

Enter your bid

Enter your maximum bid (this needs to take into account the minimum bid increment), click on Place your bid and if you are certain that you have entered your bid amount correctly, then click on OK.  The system will then bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid via WEALLCOLLECT'S Proxy Bid system.

Note In some Shops and ONLINE Auction listings, you will be able to buy the item you are interested in instantly without having to bid for it, using the Buy It Now option.

Track the auction

You can track the auction from My Site/Buying and you will automatically receive an email if you have been outbid.

End of auction

At the end of the auction, if you have won the item, you will be sent an email with the seller details.

You should then immediately make contact with the seller.

Complete the transaction

You must complete the transaction direct with the seller and on completion, leave feedback on the seller.
